Thank you for shopping with 4 Blend. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help!


### Return Eligibility


To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:


1. Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.


2. Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as you received them. Any tags or labels must still be attached.


3. Non-Returnable Items:

### Return Process


To initiate a return, please follow these steps:


1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [fourblendbeardoil@gmail.com] or call us at [414.488.2055] to request a return authorization. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed with your return.


3. Shipping the Item: Package the item securely and include the return authorization number on the outside of the package. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).




4. Tracking: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


### Refunds


Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for any return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.
